Culinary Support Specialist

As a member of our culinary support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patients, guests, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring seamless food delivery to wards and patient areas while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Preparing appetizing and accurate meal trays within tight timeframes, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintaining inventory levels, restocking food and equipment as needed, and performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks to prevent contamination.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing patient meal requests, and escalating issues to the control room or operations executives as necessary.
Key Requirements for Success:
- Able to operate various kitchen equipment for meal service, including coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, mixers, blenders, and other necessary appliances.
- Hold a minimum GCE 5 'N' levels and above qualification.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in food service is preferred but not required.
