Job Title: Culinary Support Specialist The role of a culinary support specialist plays a vital part in the success of our kitchen operations. This dynamic individual ensures that all aspects of food preparation and service are executed efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Efficiently wash dishes, pots, and pans, ensuring they are sanitized and properly stored for future use.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and keep storage areas tidy, minimizing clutter and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Support the receiving, unpacking, and storing of food supplies and deliveries, verifying inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • During busy service periods, prepare ingredients and bring items as needed to facilitate seamless food service.
  • Evaluate compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
 Requirements & Skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment, meeting the demands of a dynamic kitchen setting.
