Job Overview

The Culinary Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist food preparation for daily lessons, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely receipt of groceries.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchens through regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure all crockery, utensils, and cloths are washed after use, with garbage bags disposed of in bins outside the kitchens.
  • Perform stock-take duties of consumables, such as detergents, and maintain excellent health and hygiene procedures on food preparation.
  • Support other duties assigned by FCE teachers, HOD/Aesthetics, and School Leaders.
