Equipment Professional

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Equipment Professional to join our team. As an integral member of our equipment operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our machinery and equipment.
This position involves bringing equipment up to design specifications, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical support to users and staff. You'll troubleshoot issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
You'll be responsible for testing equipment to ensure it meets specifications, providing on-site support, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of equipment setup and operation, including electrical debug and mechanical alignment. Familiarity with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and quality control standards is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Bring equipment up to design specifications.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the design team.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Test and ensure equipment meets specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to users and staff.
- Provide on-site support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 3+ years' experience in Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and quality control standards.
Skillset:
Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment setup and operation, including electrical debug and mechanical alignment. Knowledge of performance expectations of equipment (e.g., OEE, MTBF) is crucial. Familiarity with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and quality control standards.
Customer management skills: Demonstrated experience building and managing key customer relationships, with a focus on aligning deliverables to customer expectations.
Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
