Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Business Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of our IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and identifying technological solutions to meet business needs.

  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate successful deployment/integration of systems, software, etc. to our Group Data Model.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and business users to ensure that technological solutions are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications and on a timely basis.
  • Develop documents and enforce data governance SOPs to ensure internal and external data collected meets high-quality and timeliness standards.
  • Conduct training to business users on enhancements/new projects and provide post-implementation support to business users.
  • Identify data collection or data quality improvement opportunities, collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to execute new data initiatives, and work towards increasing our data quality and report accuracy.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with our Data and Digital Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both information technology and business administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail. Additionally, they will have proficient knowledge of M365 Suite and PowerBI, as well as good knowledge of Python, VBA, and SQL.
