We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization and play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through process re-engineering, digital customer journey design, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, review solutions, and ensure end-to-end system delivery and testing.
- Design and implement digital customer journeys to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
- Develop and implement process improvements with regional country and functional teams.
- Ensure seamless operational rollouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives.
- Project life cycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, particularly in areas such as Consumer Banking Operations, Customer Centre, and Wealth/Loan/CASA product knowledge.
- Bachelor/Diploma Degree holder.
- Core competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills, good knowledge of banking and technology, teamwork, adaptability, discipline, organization, analytical skills, MS Office skills.
