Business Process Analyst Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate change requests and release pipeline activities to ensure seamless execution of business as usual (BAU) and enhancement releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business/system requirements for effective solution delivery.
- Work closely with project managers and team leads to plan and estimate effort for requirement gathering activities, ensuring timely alignment with implementation timelines.
- Design solutions aligned with business needs, considering technical constraints, to drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Perform impact and risk assessments for functional and non-functional changes to maintain traceability of requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support defect management through root cause analysis and resolution coordination, ensuring successful adoption of enhancements.
- Conduct user training and walkthroughs to clarify requirements for development and QA teams, and prepare functional specifications and supplementary documents as needed.
- In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English (written & verbal), a diploma/bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and at least 10 years' experience as a business/system analyst in banking, financial institutions, or consultancy.
