**We are looking for a Business Analyst to be responsible for driving Digitalisation through conceptualisation and implementation of programmes and initiatives.**
- **Working Hours: Mon-Fri**:

- **Working Location: Central**:

- **Remuneration Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Digitalisation**: The Business Analyst is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing programmes and initiatives that promote digitalization within the government. This may involve identifying opportunities for digital transformation, strategizing the implementation, and overseeing the execution of these initiatives.
- **Engagement and Support Strategy**: Shape engagement and support strategies for digitalisation efforts in Ministries/Agencies across the government. This may involve working with different departments to align their digitalization goals, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
- **Business-Tech Proposals**: Develop and evaluate Business-Tech Proposals, which means preparing proposals that combine business and technology aspects, to obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives and above.
- **Strategic Planning and Operations Improvement**:Formulate and implement strategic plans and capabilities to enhance the business operations excellence of the Services Group. This may involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance overall efficiency.
- **Business Analysis**:Analyze business practices across the government, using both quantitative and qualitative methods, to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.

**How to Succeed**:

- Experience in IT Programme Management/Project Management: Previous experience in managing IT programs or projects is valuable to oversee the successful execution of digitalization initiatives.
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders and partner agencies is crucial in ensuring successful implementation and cooperation.
- Experience in data collation and data analysis (tools: Tableau)
