Job Title: Business Analyst for Digital Transformation
Description:The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to perform in-depth functional analysis of business requirements, identify problems and opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough analysis of business needs and develop strategic recommendations.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities, including execution of test cases, analysis of test results, and defect tracking during user acceptance testing and post-implementation activities.
- Develop documentation, stakeholder presentations, training materials, and project tracking reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also essential.
