Responsibilities
As a Junior Seafreight Import Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Coordinating and communicating with customers, overseas agents, and carriers.
  2. Liaising with Transporters and Consignees to ensure smooth import clearance and delivery.
  3. Monitoring and following up on Import shipments, checking shipment status regularly.
  4. Processing shipments in EDI software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  5. Providing input into internal and departmental reports, enhancing the team's performance and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Relevant experience in import knowledge.
  • Familiarity with incoterms and customs processes.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
