Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trading Admin Assistant. This role involves supporting the trading department administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and handling ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the trading team.
  • Organize and manage trading schedules, meetings, and activities.
  • Update and maintain trading records, transaction data, and reports.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering calls, organizing materials, and managing communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on trading-related matters.
  • Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Take on ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the team or management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc duties as needed.
