Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our plant mechanical systems. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate welding and cutting tools on steel fabrication projects.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plant mechanical systems, including gearboxes, conveyors, elevators, pumps, compressors, valves, etc.
  • Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes to recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with other duties as required by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum NTC (class II) Nitec certificate or equivalent with 3-5 years of industrial experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
