Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We seek an Industrial Maintenance Specialist to lead the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, leveraging sensor data and machine learning to drive predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on critical equipment such as injection machines and furnaces.
  • Analyze mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
  • Develop condition-based monitoring strategies using sensors (vibration, temperature, pressure, etc.).
  • Support data collection and feature extraction for predictive maintenance models.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to deploy machine learning algorithms.
  • Work closely with IT and Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; able to interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and basic machine learning concepts is an advantage.
  • Bonus: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Python scripting, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) integration.
