Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial maintenance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building life safety systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions, and performing repairs and replacements as needed. Additionally, they will be required to perform control loop and continuity checks, as well as maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building life safety systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
  • Perform repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including dates, times, and descriptions of tasks completed
  • Perform control loop and continuity checks to ensure all systems are functioning correctly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as building life safety systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
