Job Description

As an Operator Control and Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of industrial equipment by performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks on control and instrumentation systems. Your primary responsibility will be to adhere to industry standards, implement maintenance strategies, and achieve performance targets.

  • Monitoring technical matters related to gas processing facilities, wellheads, and flowlines
  • Performing instrument installation, calibration, testing, minor repairs, and routine maintenance of various instrumentation equipment

Collaborating with the C&I Senior Technician, you will ensure that all work orders are completed efficiently, documenting man-hours, materials used, spares consumed, and analysis codes. Moreover, you will maintain plant equipment according to compliance and integrity standards to meet reliability and uptime Key Performance Indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience after completing an apprenticeship, with a preferred educational background in Industrial Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment Specialist. Proficiency in ICSS and CMMS systems, knowledge of oil & gas field instrumentation, and familiarity with various instruments and control systems will be advantageous.
