Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

You will provide exceptional service activities for ICU & Operating Room equipment at customer sites. This includes preventive maintenance and repair services, as well as installation, commissioning, and testing of relevant equipment.

  • Provide maintenance services at customer locations according to established procedures.
  • Install, commission, calibrate, and test equipment at customer locations.
  • Implement corrective actions and handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Meet assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish professional relationships with customers and colleagues through teamwork.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • 3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
