Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee service operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Supervise a team of technicians and support staff to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints and issues
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service-related activities

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales
• Experience with compressors and rotating equipment is preferred
