Strategic Business Performance AnalystRole Overview:
The Strategic Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing business performance against key metrics, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports, and collaborating with business line managers to streamline revenue and expenses projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain costing models to understand cost drivers and price activities accurately.
- Monitor and analyze business performance against key metrics, including revenue, production, operating profit, day sales outstanding, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with business line managers to streamline revenue and expenses projections through budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining order books.
- Ensure data integrity in contracts profitability management and correct coding of revenue and costs.
- Participate in due diligence analysis of new business opportunities.
- Optimize working capital to improve cash flow and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling, and audit.
- Hands-on mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
- Prior experience with SAP BPC and Power BI is advantageous.
- Good business report writing skills and correspondence with stakeholders is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
