Bar Attendant Role

At a vibrant establishment, our ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting an exceptional experience for patrons by delivering top-notch service and premium drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences;
  • Engage with customers, present menus, take orders and serve snacks & drinks;
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making personalized recommendations;
  • Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area;
  • Collaborate with management on beverage program planning and menu design;
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment;
  • Manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes;
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system;
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements;
  • Perform other duties as required by the company or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in food and beverage services as a bartender;
  • Proficient in cocktails and mocktails mixing, garnishing, and serving customers;
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, etc.) and able to perform cashiering duties;
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
  • Able to create a beverage program suitable to the outlet's concept and maintain a seasonal or signature cocktail menu.
