Job Title:

Senior Beverage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard, ensuring the bar area is clean and organized, and assisting in the efficient operation of the bar.

  • Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with high standards;
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area;
  • Assisting in the efficient operation of the bar, including set up and closing procedures;
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies as needed;
  • Aiding in maintaining a functional and safe working environment;

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least 2 years' experience as a bartender, preferably in a fine dining environment. Basic barista knowledge is also required. Additionally, candidates should have completed a Basic Food Hygiene course and possess good working knowledge of bar operations and strong technical skills in bartending.
