Quantity Surveyor (M&E) Role

A leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services provider specializing in Project Management, Cleanroom construction and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tenders, prepare tender submissions and Bills of Quantity
  • Establish databases for costs, materials and supply sources
  • Calculate construction costs based on drawings and documents
  • Assess contractual claims, work progress and other factors
  • Invite sub-contractors to submit quotations and evaluate them
  • Prepare project budgets, reports and cost estimations
  • Monitor budgets and track direct costs on projects
  • Resolve outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders promptly

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with cost estimation software
