Overview

OSI Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of detection technology solutions for various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our direct accounts and distributors in Southeast Asia, with a focus on key countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

The role will involve maximizing sales and profit from key accounts, expanding key account contracts by adding additional products, and identifying new sales opportunities within the territories and accounts.

The Sales Director will also be responsible for providing guidance on regulatory compliance, working with Product Line Management and Business Development to effectively position and communicate our products, and estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Maximize sales and profit from key accounts.
  • Expand key account contracts by adding additional products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the territories and accounts.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
  • Work with Product Line Management and Business Development to effectively position and communicate our products.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
  • Travel to key territories and accounts as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
