We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Executive to join our team at RESORTS WORLD AT SENTOSA PTE. LTD. as a Fine Dining Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training a team of fine dining professionals, ensuring exceptional service standards and suggestive selling techniques are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members to meet service standards and ensure suggestive selling techniques are performed by all team members.
- Assist in the development of the wine list, demonstrating the ability to pair and suggest wine to guests and assist with decanting wine.
- Operate and compute the cash register, recording all transactions on a daily basis.
- Provide exceptional guest engagement while serving food and beverages to guests.
Requirements
- Certificate in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience at the supervisory level in a fine dining environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful personality.
- Ability to work 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts.
