Job Title: Learning Facilitator

The Assistant Learning Facilitator supports Teachers to provide quality learning experiences for students and contribute to the best deliverance of the curriculum.

  • Support Curriculum & Instructional Excellence by co-planning lessons, assisting teachers in preparing learning environments, and carrying out learning activities.

Assist students individually or in groups during lesson delivery, help present or reinforce learning concepts according to lesson planning, and support students with health, medical, safety, and daily living needs.

  • Support Holistic Student Development by providing physically, emotionally, and socially-safe relationships and environments, building strong relationships with students, and maintaining inventories of equipment and materials.

Work in partnership with allied professionals, participate in organisational and school initiatives, review and reflect on teaching work, and seek improvement in professional competencies.

Candidate Requirements

Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible. A Higher NITEC in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Teaching students with disabilities can be physically demanding. You may be lifting and carrying students and equipment and will be expected to clean and maintain equipment and facilities at all times.
