  1. We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead our design efforts and create exceptional user experiences for our digital products.

  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive design strategy.

  3. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the design vision and strategy for new consumer banking products, championing user-centered design principles, and advocating for the importance of design within the organization.

  4. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with technical constraints and business objectives.

  5. To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in product design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in product design with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products.

  • Proven leadership experience, including leading design teams and driving design strategy.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
