Tenacity and challenge to the status quo. Curiosity about industry and UX trends. Confidence and clarity in communication. Follow-through to ensure designs work post-launch and willingness to improve. Passion for problem-solving and storytelling. Mastery of design and presentation tools. Experience leading workshops and conducting user research. Active contribution to the UX community. Interest in behavioral science and personal pet projects.
