Programs Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and execution of rehabilitation programs for residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all programs meet the required standards, while also fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs in line with organizational objectives and policies.
- Work closely with the case management team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes, challenges, and achievements for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the head of programs in planning and implementing new initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working in non-profit organizations, preferably in event management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
