We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Health Information Protection Office. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive health information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to safeguard health information
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to health information

  • Triage, classification, referral, and escalation of reported cybersecurity incidents and health information breaches
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection laws and regulations
  • Possession of industry-recognized credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT or similar
  • Experience in IT auditing or data privacy compliance
  • Working experience in a healthcare setting
