Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive business requirement documents and functional requirement documents.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Designing and implementing effective business processes and systems.
  • Validating system designs and developments to ensure they meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in requirement definition within the financial services sector, focusing on markets.
  • Proven experience in creating BRD and FRD, as well as expertise in all areas of requirement definition.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map and optimize them effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an amicable, can-do disposition that encourages collaboration among teams.
