About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities for HQ and regional offices, including supplier management, quotation sourcing, and import coordination.

Main Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Activities: Manage purchasing activities for HQ and regional offices, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Import Coordination: Coordinate import shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and document accuracy.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Conduct cost-value analysis and drive cost reduction initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues, and management.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize procurement processes.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
