Job Opportunity: Wellness Care Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellness Care Specialist to join our retail clinic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and recovery of patients in a clinical retail setting.

You will work collaboratively with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists to develop and deliver personalized therapy programs and activities for patients. This includes applying various therapy techniques to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, providing education and guidance to patients on their intervention programs, and monitoring patients' progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

You will also build strong relationships with patients, fostering a supportive and caring environment, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure seamless communication among healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional campaigns to raise awareness about our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy, Sports Science, or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
  • Physical fitness, as regular standing and mobility are required
