Job Title: Utility Locator

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in cable detection and utility location?

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Locator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our cable detection work schedule.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordination with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and execute the cable detection work schedule
  • Monitoring and reporting progress and status of the cable detection work
  • Accurate marking of cable and utility locations to prevent damage during construction and excavation work
  • Supporting site documentation requirements
  • Attending meetings, coordination, and supervision work
  • Carrying out site survey work

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 2 years' relevant experience in the related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player and strong problem-solving skills

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD
Possess a Class 3 driving licence
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from your Supervisor
