Utility Operations Specialist

Support the efficient operation and maintenance of critical utility equipment, including Reverse Osmosis, Water for Injection, clean steam, HVAC, and related systems.

Lead and manage change control processes for the introduction of new utilities equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failure or operational issues in utilities.

Investigate deviations raised in quality systems, such as Trackwise, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor system performance and propose optimization measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure alignment of utilities operations with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, validation, and QA, to support ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, process, or related field

4-7 years of experience in operation and maintenance of critical utilities

Knowledge of GMP regulations and clean utility system requirements

Experience in change control and deviation management processes

Competence in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for utilities equipment

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills
