Project Architect - Pharmaceutical Greenfield

Are you a highly skilled Project Architect with expertise in Pharmaceutical greenfield projects? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of our new plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural team to deliver high-quality design and construction documents for pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate site investigations, surveys, and due diligence activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical or industrial architecture.
  • Expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements essential.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom architecture and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark.
  • Technical skills in 3D Design, 2D Drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
