Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our team in planning and executing the design of a new pharmaceutical plant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project engineering, architectural design, and permitting requirements. They will work closely with our design firm and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality documents.

This role involves coordinating design reviews, overseeing architectural responsibilities, and ensuring seamless communication between the construction project team and design interfacing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical/industrial projects
  • Expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements
  • Familiarity with cleanroom architecture and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas
  • Good knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark
  • Familiarity with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
