Job Title: Greenfield Project Architect
">The successful candidate will play a vital role in the Project Engineering Team, serving as the subject matter expert in planning, reviewing design, and permitting deliverables. They will work closely with stakeholders and design firms to support the overall construction phase of the Singapore plant and its premises.
">Key responsibilities include coordinating design reviews, overseeing architectural responsibilities, and reporting directly to the Construction Director. The incumbent will also be responsible for liaising closely with Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure shop drawings are issued and troubleshooting provided as needed to meet targeted project construction milestones and timelines.
">Administration and technical direction of all architectural engineering and design work will be handled in accordance with Project Execution Plans. The candidate will assist in shop drawing review, provide design proposals for cost-effective and operationally usable designs, and coordinate with Permitting and Qualified Persons (QP) for timely delivery of Architectural documents.
">Additional responsibilities include drafting waivers, identifying technical and permitting discrepancies through conducting risk analysis and management, and liaising closely with architects, design consultants, and contractors on design and technical issues.
">Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architect, Singapore, and at least 10 years' relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical or industrial sectors. Expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements is essential, along with familiarity with cleanroom architecture and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas.
">Other key skills include knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark, as well as technical skills in 3D Design and 2D Drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
