Job Title: Architect (Pharmaceutical Plant/Greenfield Project)

As a key member of the project engineering team, you will play a vital role in planning, reviewing design, and delivering permitting documents. Working closely with our appointed design firm(s) and stakeholders, your primary goal will be to support the overall construction phase of our Singapore plant and its premises, including greenfield projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating design reviews with relevant stakeholders and overseeing general architectural responsibilities, reporting directly to the Construction Director. Your duties will also include coordinating between construction project teams and design interfaces to ensure a tight communication loop and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

In order to excel in this role, you must have a strong foundation in architecture and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector. You should also possess expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements and be familiar with cleanroom architecture and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas.

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture (recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
