
Full-time Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting walk-in customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails professionally and promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product or service information, and resolve basic issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Operational Tasks: Operate the POS system to process transactions, ensuring end-of-day cash handling and POS records are accurate.
- Administrative Duties: Create invoices, prepare transfer orders accurately and timely, perform light administrative tasks, and maintain inventory.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area and perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers.
Requirements:
- Any admin/customer service experience can apply. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
