Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Tampines, Singapore. This is a full-time role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and be available to work the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (morning and afternoon).

Responsibilities include planning and confirming customer appointments, handling rescheduling and cancellations, maintaining customer records in the CRM system, purchasing materials, and arranging logistics for stocks and materials.

The successful candidate will also work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics. They should be able to start immediately and have a diploma equivalent or above qualification. Basic computer skills, good collaborative skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements.
