Customer Service Representative Job Description

This role involves planning, confirming, and adjusting customer appointments to align schedules with internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to handle rescheduling, cancellations, or material shortages promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Purchase materials for ongoing projects or installations as required.
  • Arrange logistics for picking up or sending out stocks and materials to job sites or suppliers.
  • Work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • O Level, diploma equivalent or above.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Good collaborative skills and a team player.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
