KCare Programme Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate staff member to work with children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To engage with and manage children in a stimulating environment, promoting their holistic growth.
  • To plan and implement age-appropriate programmes and activities that support developmental growth.
  • To foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
  • To set up and maintain learning environments and resources in accordance with safety standards.
  • To build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.
  • To facilitate indoor and outdoor activities to encourage participation and engagement.
  • To ensure the safety and well-being of each child by observing for signs of illness or distress, and documenting progress.
  • To offer emotional support and a caring presence to help children feel secure and valued.
  • To maintain order while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent
  • LON by ECDA
