Job Title: Community Fundraising Manager">

This is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, donor and partner relations, and event management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in sales, marketing, and community partnerships.

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Contribute to planning, development, and execution of fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial sustainability and growth.">
  • Donor and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.">
  • Fundraising Initiatives and Events: Conceptualize, plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and events, to generate funds for financial sustainability and growth.">
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse fundraising performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.">

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Community/Corporate Partnerships, and Fundraising.">
  • Experience in organising events and campaigns management is an added advantage.">
  • Good oral and written communication skills.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.">
