Job Title: Community Fundraiser

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Community Fundraiser to join our team and play a key role in securing valuable partnerships, managing fundraising events, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure sponsorships, donations, and grants.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets, tracking income and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and create compelling pitch decks to attract new supporters and sponsors.
  • Cultivate and nurture existing donor relationships to strengthen ongoing partnerships and increase support.
  • Optimize online giving strategies by enhancing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, to drive engagement and maximize fundraising outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Relevant work experience in event management, fundraising, or partnerships is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A positive attitude with a strong passion for community service and making a difference.
