Customer Service Trainer

As a Customer Service Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance their abilities to provide exceptional service and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Strategies: Create learning objectives, outline course content, and select appropriate training methods to ensure effective skill transfer.
  • Evaluate Training Needs: Conduct assessments to identify individual, organizational, and program-specific training requirements, ensuring that interventions are targeted and impactful.
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Utilize various teaching techniques, such as classroom instruction, online modules, or blended learning approaches, to engage learners and promote knowledge retention.
  • Assess Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the impact of training on staff behavior and performance, making data-driven decisions to refine training strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least five years of experience in training and/or quality assurance within a contact centre environment, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
