Orchard Clinic is a new treatment concept with a unique method offering high-quality conservative solutions for women’s postpartum body recovery. Our team focuses on high quality care and service for our clients to treat common postpartum conditions such as Incontinence, Diastasis Recti and Skin Laxity.

Our method combines the use of advanced treatment technology and devices along with one-to-one floorwork guidance for the best treatment results. We pride ourselves for our high treatment success rate and are looking for individuals to help us achieve and maintain our excellent success.

We’re looking for Client Educators to help us deliver high quality treatment results and spread the awareness of postpartum care. Our Client Educators are highly trained in delivering impactful guest experiences and making authentic conversations to support every mother who begins their postpartum care with us.

**Role of a Client Educator**:

- Provide clients with an excellent experience by performing high quality treatment services
- Engage and educate clients about common postpartum body conditions through honest, open and caring conversations
- Understand and embraces the company culture by being a team player, supporting, encouraging and empowering colleagues
**Duties of a Client Educator**:

- Perform treatment services in a highly-skilled manner (training will be provided)
- Administrative tasks including client scheduling and treatment records
- Reception duties and handling of inventory, payments and invoicing
Carrying out branch duties to ensure high cleanliness, inventory management and organisation
- Work closely with Branch Supervisors and Management Team to perform additional projects and assignments as required or requested
**What we’re looking for**:

- Great work attitude, pleasant personality, good team player
- Willingness to learn, passionate, optimistic and solutions-oriented
- Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills with good computer knowledge
- Customer service experience will be beneficial (e.g. previous roles as Cabin Crew, Customer Service, Retail or Operations)
- Females preferred due to the nature of the job
**Work Requirements**:

- 5-day work week to be rostered between Monday to Saturday
- Experience in customer service, retail or administration
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
