**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
- Understand client goals, needs, and challenges to recommend suitable training programs.
- Provide detailed information about course content, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes.
**Guidance & Support**:
- Assist clients in the enrollment process, including registration and payment procedures.
- Advise clients on course prerequisites, certifications, and career pathways.
- Offer support and follow-up to ensure clients are on track and satisfied with their training experience.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather client feedback to improve course offerings and service quality.
- Maintain a database of client interactions and preferences for future engagement.
**Collaboration & Administration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align on client outreach strategies and program updates.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, enrollments, and payments in the CRM system.
- Support the organization of promotional events, open houses, and information sessions.
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, Social Work, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in client advisory, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in the education, healthcare, or community services sectors is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to analyze client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
