Job Title: Early Education Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in the role of Early Education Coordinator. This position offers the opportunity to develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum in compliance with established policies and frameworks.

  • Develop and implement educational programs for young children, ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Prepare teaching materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and document periodic updates.
  • Implement strategies to foster positive behavior and engagement in the classroom.
  • Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met.
  • Work independently as well as within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through two-way communication and involvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education, or relevant field.
  • ECDA's Teacher Certification.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
