Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.

  • Maintain Service Standards: Ensure high-quality care and education is provided to all children in the service.
  • Attendance and Reporting: Maintain accurate attendance records and provide regular reports to parents on their child's progress.
  • Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of individual children and groups, promoting learning and development.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to engage children in learning activities and encourage them to participate in class discussions.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes positive relationships between children and educators.
  • Intervention Coordination: Coordinate with other educators to develop and implement intervention plans to support children who require additional assistance.
  • Goal Development: Work with children to set and achieve goals, promoting self-confidence and motivation.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback and guidance to parents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including assessment results and report cards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Early Childhood Teacher qualification or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in early childhood education
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment
