As a Strategic Governance Professional, you will lead the development of governance frameworks and controls that enable effective risk management and strategic decision-making within Global Financial Markets. Your expertise in innovative solutioning, transformation, and implementation of risk management and governance controls will drive business growth and enhance stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, principles, and processes to align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen knowledge and build an enterprise knowledge base on latest regulations, trends, and practices.
  • Drive strategic transformation and continuous enhancements in enterprise processes and employee journeys through digital technologies and data analytics.
  • Evaluate and refine existing governance structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and market developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, law, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GFM financial products, sales and trading processes, and regulatory requirements in key locations.
  • Proven experience in innovative solutioning, transformation, and implementation of risk management and governance controls.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of MUREX, journey thinking, 4D design framework, Gen AI, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
