Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at SNP Transformations SEA PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with HR software systems and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage various HR documents, including employment contracts, recruitment guides, and company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate leave management, vacation accrual, and sick leave administration.
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Assist with payroll processing, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Develop and maintain databases, including employee records, work passes, and leave management systems.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR administrator.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR software systems, and data management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
